They have to sell a certain amount and they have a certain amount of time to do each service , say , 30 mins. for a cut and style . 2 hours for a perm , or color . I know many stylists who worked there and they weren't happy . Plus I had to do so many repairs , on clients who went there , the hair was a sloppy mess, because they were rushed .
