I am doind a diploma in hair and beauty and i need to do an assignment but i need help.?

I am onto part 2 of health and safety. I have a question thet says Why is it important to have the following: good personal presentation, good hygiene, good behavior? Does anybody have the answers? You need good presentation, meaning you need to be smartly dressed-clean and well pressed uniform, clean smart hairstyle, well put on make up.





Good hygiene- shower before going to a salon, making sure you use deodorant and make sure breath does not smell.





Good behaviour- be polite, do not gossip.





All these things are important when you are working on clients.





If you do not follow these rules your clients will move to another salon!
